Skincare haul & review- Fancl Mild Cleansing Oil
Taken off their website:
| PRODUCT INFORMATION | Makeup removal is now blissfully easy with FANCL Mild Cleansing Oil. This powerful formulation now comes enriched with Meadow Foam Oil which aids the removal of keratin plugs over time for a clearer, smoother complexion. |
| HOW TO USE |
|
Does it deliver?
This has been my staple for years!
Once I strayed to try out Missha's Cleansing Oil and totally regretted it.
Fancl's MCO easily removes all traces of makeup.
I use this every end of the day.
I take 1 and a half pumps, spread it between my palms then massage it onto my dry face.
Removes waterproof mascara and lipstick together with my mineral foundation.
I then follow up with my Cetaphil cleanser.
Btw, this stuff even removes MJ's mascara which is notoriously known
to be difficult to remove!
This is their limited edition Cupid design. Probably for Valentine's day?
I liked that it came with a 20ml travel size. Which means it's more value for money :)
Close up of the pretty design
Ingredients list for those who are interested :)
As with all Fancl's products, this MCO does not contain any preservatives.
A 120ml bottle should be completely used up within 120 days after opening.
Cute stickers are included in the box!
You can write the date which you started using this product and it's use by date.
Price:
120ml- SGD$33.00
Two bottles of 120ml- SGD$62.00
60ml- SGD$19.00
Will I repurchase?
Yes, already have!
I usually get 2 bottles at a go as it is slightly cheaper.
I've never tried Shu Uemura's Oil Cleanser. But I think it is quite pricey as
compared to Fancl's.
What oil cleansers do you use? :)

Empties- A quick review
Here are some short reviews of my empties from past months!
Guardian Fragrance Free Kid's Wipes:
I use these wipes to remove my makeup before I head out for my evening run. Does not completely remove every single trace of makeup, but it's good enough to allow my skin to breathe a little better .
Neogence Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Essence:
Having really acne prone skin is a PITA. My skin does not tolerate any form of moisturizer, so I use this instead. Hyaluronic acid helps to retain moisture in the skin.
I've lost track of how many bottles of this essence I've used up! HG status for this!
Niks Gentle Sun Protect:
This is now a discontinued product and it was my HG sunscreen. :( Though it was sticky, I liked how my mineral powder foundation was able to cling to my skin better with this sunscreen.
Niks Glycol 12 Glycolic Acid 12% pH 3.5:
I got this to combat my red acne marks. It's an okay product, but I've decided to try other products just to see if there's anything better than this. The Origins Brighter By Nature High-potency brightening peel with fruit acids pads are in replacement of this product. I will do a review on that later.
Eye Mo Moist eye drops:
BEST eye drops ever! It relieves my tired eyes at the end of the day. Can't live without this!
b.liv off with those heads blackhead sebum gel:
Another HG item which I've been using for years! Softens my clogged pores and reduces the number of it too!
Neogence L-Acscorbic Acid Serum:
It was an expensive product which I didn't get any results from.
Neogence Hydrating Lotion:
Didn't like this as well. It contains algae extract which would irritate acne prone skin.
Roc Extra Comfort Cleansing Water:
Reviewed here! Great stuff!
Fancl Acne Care Essence (sample):
I was given 2 sachets of this product. I'm impressed with this product! It calmed down my pimple which was red and inflamed in 2 uses. Would get this product when they're having their next gift with purchase promotion!
Kiehl's Blemish Control Daily Skin-clearing Treatment:
Great product which helped in the healing of scars. But it didn't prevent any new blemishes/ clogged pores from forming.
Fancl Washing Powder:
Dried my skin out. But it was great as a body wash! That was how I used it up!
Physiogel Cleanser:
An expensive version of Cetaphil. Definitely not worth the extra money!
St. Clare Sebum Purifying Mask:
BEST blackhead removing mask ever! Reviewed here!

Skincare haul- SKII
It's been awhile since I've changed my skincare routine.
Since hitting my mid twenties, I've noticed my skin lacking that healthy glow.
Fine lines have been showing up around my eyes too.
So I've jumped onto the SKII band wagon.
Most ladies would have tried SKII at some point of their lives.

I decided to get the starter kit set consisting of the Facial Treatment Essence, Facial Treatment Clear Lotion and the Facial Treatment Mask.
Let's see if this really is the Miracle water.
Ingredients list:
Facial Treatment Essence
