Skin treat of the moment: Intensive Whitening Ampoules

First impressions? It doesn't come in the prettiest packaging. I got this from the brand called NIKS, which was recommended by the dermatologist which I used to visit. This little box of 7 vials costs $42. Which was reasonably priced in my opinion. Ampoules usually costs $20 per vials in facial salons! At $7 per vial, I was willing to try this product out.

The instructions were to use this ampoule every night for a week. A full 2ml vial was really too much to cover my entire face. So I applied the excess product on my neck and arms :) There wasn't any fragrance, only detected the scent of caramel in it- which is an ingredient in the ampoule.

I've taken a photo of my bare face before the whole treatment. Hopefully by the end of 7 days, there would be some difference in my skin tone.

Will update again soon!

A picture review: Maybelline Pulse Perfection Mascara

Side view, you can see the curl!

And length!

I had worn this mascara (only one coat) for the whole day since 9am in the morning till 10pm at night. No smudging and the curl lasted the whole day!

Sorry for the blurry pictures, it was late and I had poor lighting in the room :(

Hope this *extremely* short review helped!

Mascara woes

It took me 4 tries before finding the one.

I've held back from buying this mascara for the longest time because of the high price tag for a drugstore mascara! Since I could get it on sale, I took the plunge. And I must say, it a dang good mascara.

It might be a limited edition from Maybelline, but if you can get your hands on this baby, I highly recommend that you should.

It gives volume and length. No smudges. And that was only one coat. I've yet to try two coats. I will post an update with pictures on my lashes soon!
