The most rubbish product I've ever purchased!

And the award goes to.....

Smells like glue.

Feels like glue too.

Applies like glue on your face!!!

But doesn't peel anything off. Not even facial hair.

It's that bad. :(

Do not buy this!!!

So far, I've not been impressed with Mandom's skincare products. I've tried out their makeup remover... the one which promises "you'll be in bed in no time?"

Definitely not!

Most probably I'll be up all night trying to remove my MM mascara with that crap :\ I ended up using the makeup remover as a brush cleanser.

And I'm certainly gona use this to glue paper cut outs in my scrap book. *pfft!*

PTP update!

A productive month of PTP!

Neogence Hydrating Essence! My second bottle so far! I bought 2 more back ups during the Sasa sale!!! I go through these pretty quickly... it took me only 1 month and 3 weeks to finish up 20ml of serum.

Watsons DIY Facial Mask Sheet. I use this with my Avene Thermal water spray :)

Ucara Revitalizing Mask. I had this for quite a while already. Purchased this from my usual facial place... Won't be repurchasing this as I have other masks to finish up! And after which I wana try out Mario Badescu's skincare range! Any masks from their range to try out??

Matrix Ultra Hydrating Balm. This was purchased off Strawberrynet.com! It's a HUGE tub!! 500ml of hair mask! I use this as a daily conditioner :p Will not be repurchasing too. I'm still using my Essentials hair mask.... it's cheap and gets the job done :)

And lastly, a really bad picture off my handphone. Tsubaki Damage Care Shampoo. Not the greatest shampoo and doesn't live up to all the hype. I've tried the red version as well. Nothing great about it too. I find this made my hair alot greasier. Especially at the scalp. Will not repurchase!!!

And that's all folks!!

Mid week rant: The influential powers of beauty bloggers

Don't get me wrong on this, I really do enjoy watching beauty gurus on Youtube or reading rave reviews of their Holy Grail products on their beauty blogs. But sometimes I feel "cheated" by their reviews...

It seems like every month or so, beauty gurus would post their monthly favourite products or their "new found" Holy Grail items. I mean, if they were to really love or call a particular product their Holy Grail, wouldn't they want to stick with the product for a longer period of time? At least longer than a month.

After reading their rave reviews, viewers *such as myself :p* will go running to purchase those items, only to find out later in the next month, a new favourite has emerged! And we have barely even finished using that product.

And that's where the clutter begins. Bottles of pre-loved HG products.

I think these days, the words HG, love, favourite, best, must haves, can't-live-without...etc, are used too loosely. These words no longer carry weight to their actual meaning.

Does any one else feel the same way about this? Or am I the only one? Haha...

The Magic Number: 38

Argh. Sorry for the bad pic. I hate my camera ATM.

These are most of my lippies in my collection. I love every one of them. I realise I buy more pinks and nudes than any other colour!!!

My nail polish picks for Summer '10!

In Singapore, we get summer all year through. *dies of the heat* D:

Here are my picks for -this- lol.. Summer '10.

OPI's Lucky Lucky Lavender and Fiercely Fiona (from the Shrek collection).

Swatch!

I'm loving Lucky Lucky Lavender on my toes right now :)

Here's the top coat I'm using. Sally Hansen makes great products at affordable prices!

What it says on the back.

*Excuse my toes* :)

This is without the top coat.

And with the top coat on. Shiny shiny nails! *love*

What's your favourite nail polish this summer?

An update: My on-going PTP

Does this count as skincare? Haha...

And for makeup...

Loose powder, which expires in June '10. Just on time :)

This was the lipliner/ lipstick side of the Coffret D'or duo. The other half is a lipgloss. Didn't like this colour much. It was too orange and dark for my complexion.

I'm glad it's gone!

But since it was quite tiny, I've decided to count it as half an item for PTP.

MAC To the Beach Haul

So, I'm a little slow on this, but we've just got the To the Beach collection in this Friday. It was a mad rush for some MAC fanatics, having stocked only 10-15 pieces of Marine Life at each MAC counter. Lucky I wasn't attracted to it at all. :)

I'm not one to buy much of summer makeup collections. Usually I haul a lot during the Spring or Fall/Winter releases.

Anyways! Here's what I got. *not that you haven't seen pics of these* :p

Packing is pretty! I love the sea shell...

Beachbound and Lazy Day Lipsticks...

And swatches :)

A simple haul.

But I'm really happy with what I've got.

Am still thinking if I should get the new 130 brush which is a mini skunk brush. It costs SGD$73, which is alot of money! I already have *and love* my 187, so do I still need the 130?
