Comedogenic Ingredients in skin care

Comedogenic ingredients are contents in skincare which have the tendency to cause acne.

One example would be a recent purchase of mine :(

Sodium chloride ranks tops in the highly comedogenic category! :(

See here for the list of comedogenic ingredients.

I'm so sad! Other wise I would love this product very much. It really does control the oil in my T-zone area. It has been giving me more clogged pores than usual :( I think after only 3 days of use of this makeup base, I have had 7 under-the-skin pimples. *argh*

I'm on a look out for a good light lotion for acne prone skin.

Any recommendations?

I was thinking of trying Cetaphil's Lotion since I've been loving their cleanser. There seem to be good reviews with a few bad ones on makeup alley. Any of you guys used it before? Do share your thoughts and opinions on it :) Thanks!

And a random picture below:

Treat of the day for my skin is a DIY thermal water mask :)

Love this product to bits.

    Total pore blockers!

Try elemental herbology oil free moisturiser and cell food serum with that

  6. Yep, love my Cetaphil. I use the one for Dry and Sensitive skin - it's awesome~ I find the one for All Skin Types can sometimes irritate my skin.

  7. But Sodium Chloride is just salt! So how can this be comedogenic? we would never be able to go in the sea with out clogging up
