Hi all, I've been so busy and tired with work + school :( Biochemistry is really frying my brain cells. And I've been eating supper almost every night! I'm too afraid to look down at my growing tummy :( Does anyone have tips or know the best way to reduce weight besides cutting down on my diet?? :(
good luck with school midterms and stuff are coming up for me too...mmm i try not to eat very big at night try snacking throughout the day then you'll eat less at night.
